This sensitive high scale multi-use residential development in the heart of Mecca, Saudi Arabia, presented a unique challenge since it had to be showcased to the Muslim world around the globe in both english and arabic. Additionaly, it was going to be personally reviewed by the Saudi Royal Family.

Solution
Our approach included interactive multilingual presentations, oversized boards, 3D computer models, hand-drawn renderings, customs DVD's and a presentation package around a hand-carved mahogany box, hand-made leather covers and sleeves with actual silver engravings. All of the materials were designed with the sensitivity required to cater to both the Muslim and the Western worlds.

Result
Having taken in consideration all the diverse ethical and religious particularities of the interested groups from the very beginning of the project, translated into cost savings and homogeneity through the evolution of the project, with tools that could be used to target a diverse array of audiences.
