Building Permit Process
Our Building Permit Process efforts start much earlier than the submittal of the Construction Set of Documents. The team building and relationship building efforts start at the beginning of any development regardless of the size and location. The agencies involved the approval process of any project are made part of our team very early on in the design process. This minimizes the approval process by eliminating the number of submittals required to address the concerns of the many officials whose approvals are required prior to breaking ground. Our emphasis in these relationships has proven successful in every project.

Construction Management
Achieving a project within Budget and Schedule is the goal of every Development. This can only be achieved by a high level of attention to detail during the Construction Phase of the project. We are capable of understanding not only the Construction Documents to be followed, but the design intent of such documents. This allows our team to make better decisions when it comes to change orders, expediting the coordination of RFI’s (Request for Information) from the many disciplines involved and the overall management of the Construction of the project.
