Traditionally, documentation teams are composed by CAD operators which lack the knowledge necessary to interpret sketches and translate them into architecture. OUR DOCUMENTATION TEAM IS COMPOSED BY LICENSED ARCHITECTS. This enables us to translate project preliminary CONCEPT SKETCHES into architecture, saving our clients both time and money and at the same providing a high level of accuracy from the early stages of design development.
In different parts of the world, and in contrast with the US nomenclature of SD/DD/CD, the concept of architectural package has different interpretations. Our international experience enables us to manage and advice our clients regarding the differences among standards to eliminate inconsistencies between the design and the construction phases of a project.
