INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

TB has proven to be a sought-after partner for the development of parks around the world, directly for owners and operators, as well as the most prominent theme park design companies and thematic contractors.  We provide high-quality traditional design, management, and facility design services, in record schedules, and always for very reasonable fees.

However, what makes us unique in the industry is the creative solutions we provide our clients when projects must meet challenging schedules and fees. As a result, we have developed two unique solutions that meet the issues facing our industry these days, providing a high level of definition and creativity in record time and within traditional fee structures.

CONCEPT+

CONCEPT+ is an innovative phase, identified and defined by TB, in the development of a project that meets the needs of the international client and fulfills the level of vision intended by the creative team prior to the start of Schematic or Scheme Design.

This new phase incorporates a TB-developed 3D/VR visualization process called Design Integrated Modeling (DIM™), which does for the creative process what Building Information Modeling (BIM) does for the technical development of a project.  There is no need for interpretation of a beautiful rendering when you can walk around in the model,  and view the intended design of each angle, making changes in real-time as you explore solutions and options.

This unique, real-time walk-through can be experienced at the level of detail traditionally only found in Art Director’s models.  Only adjustments are required beyond CONCEPT+.

DESIGN INTEGRATED MODELING (DIM)

DIM (Design Integrated Modeling) is an innovative process that TB has developed to achieve a higher level of creative definition while retaining complete documentation accuracy. Our technical team works closely with our creative team to develop 3D/VR models from the inception of the project. These models allow the client to make decisions based on a project he/she can experience from the guest perspective, ending up with a model that equals the traditional art director’s model in a fraction of the time, to a level never available in the early stages of a project, before.

DIM allows the approval process to move forward along with the creative process and both move forward with every step, instead of the traditional do-and-redo design cycle.
