Dennis Speigel of ITPS and Thelma Muro-Dittes of Thelma & Boom (TB) hosted a webinar discussion about opportunities and clever solutions to meet the current demands in our industry. Covid-19 accelerated and heightened the changes we have all seen coming for years. Finding creative solutions is the way to create new opportunities as the industry settles into the ever-changing new normal.

CONCEPT+ is Thelma & Boom’s new design process that delivers the full creative intent of a project prior to the start of Schematic Design. It incorporates a TB-developed visualization process called Design Integrated Modeling (DIM), which makes the Creative phase efficient and accurate, similar to the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in the more technical phases. This new design approach addresses the current industry demands and benefits both the creative teams and decision-makers.
